respondents to call the petitioner, who is senior in the cadre of PG Assistants in the subject Commerce having been appointed to the posts of PG Assistant in Commerce on 22.02.2021, for Special Transfer Counselling for the posts of PG Assistants in Commerce in Higher Secondary Schools in the Ariyalur District before calling the candidates who have passed the PG TRB exam in Commerce pursuant to Notification No.01/2021, dated 09.09.2021 for certificate verification and counselling.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the fact that earlier a direction was issued to the respondents in another Writ Petition, wherein, the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's representation, seeking for transfer from Mayiladudurai to Ariyalur, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. An endorsement to that effect is also made in the Court Bundle.
