This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 10.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17337 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
