O R D E R

The writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 10.03.2016 for cancelling the sale deed dated 18.11.1981 registered as document No.5224 of 1981, at S.R.O., Hosur.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 brought to the notice of this Court that the Inspector General Registration issued a circular dated 07.06.2018 to deal with the fraudulent Sale Deed and for conducting enquiry.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority by way of fresh representation based on the circular dated 07.06.2018 and in the

event of submitting any such representation, the competent authority shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
