Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015 by conducting enquiry with the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 26.10.2015 in accordance with law. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 26.10.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2 for conducting enquiry with himself and the respondents 3 and 4 with regard to cancellation of patta, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 be directed to consider the petitioner's representation with regard to cancellation of patta and pass orders in accordance with law.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2015 with regard to cancellation of patta and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 and 4 as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
