No. 55/1Part of which the Petitioner is the owner by virtue of the Sale Deed dated 17.06.2021 by registered document No. 3664/2021 in the office of the Sub-Registrar Villivakkam based on the application of the Petitioner dated 02.06.2022.

The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to issue patta in the name of the Petitioner for the property, based on his application dated 02.06.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No

costs.
