This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R and Crime No. 24 of 2016. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the investigation has been completed and also filed final report before the Court concerned. It is pending for taking cognizance for the reason that originally the F.I.R is pending with the file of Judicial Magistrate - VI, Coiambatore. Now it was transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate - VII, Coiambatore.
