This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet in Crl.M.P.No.20225 of in Crl.O.P.No.28583 of 2022, dated 05.01.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed in this case and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
