This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.22048 of 2022 on 20.09.2022 to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Katpadi Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
