W.M.P.No.4374 of 2020 in W.P.No.21571 of 2019 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition as follows :

"It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or Writ and in particular a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his order of dismissal of the petitioner from service made in REF: CNC DAC E-37 1535 2017 VS-ODA dated 05.12.2017, the order of 2nd respondent rejecting the appeal of the petitioner made in No. Nil dated 29.11.2018, the order of 3rd respondent forfeiting the gratuity amount made in Ref: CNC HRMS 767 E-113 (i) 2018 GMK dated 13.03.2018, the order of 2nd respondent rejecting the appeal made in Ref: CNC HRMS 1785 E-113 (i) 2018 GMK dated 21.04.2018 and the order of 1st respondent made in No. Nil dated 31.07.2017 which has been communicated to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent vide REF: CNC HRMS DAC 979 E-113 [ i ] VSR dated 01.08.

2019 and quash the same consequent to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. The learned counsel appearing for R3 has no serious objection in allowing this petition and hence this petition is allowed.
