2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is unable to secure a blood relative as surety, and therefore, seeks modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases of a similar nature, and therefore, the condition to furnish a blood relative as surety is necessary in this case.

4. This Court, considering the fact that despite the grant of bail the petitioner has not been able to avail the benefit of bail due to the difficulty in producing a blood relative as surety.

5. Accordingly, the condition to furnish one blood relative as surety stands modified. The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, and he shall appear as directed. 28.08.2025 nvi To 1.The Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur. 2.The Sub Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station, Perambalur District.
