ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging one of the condition imposed by the Court below while allowing the application filed by the petitioner for return of vehicle in C.M.P.No.40275 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022.

2. Heard Mr.A.Sathish Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The respondent Police seized the vehicle belonging to the petitioner in the course of investigation in Crime No.905 of 2022. The petitioner filed an application for return of vehicle. This application was allowed by an order, dated 22.11.2022. The petitioner is aggrieved by the following condition that was imposed by the Court below:- "kDjhuu;

4. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for modification of the above said condition imposed by the Court below.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified in the following terms:- "The petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for like sum."

6. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
