ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 10.04.2017 passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings No.A/1505/2014 in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Rule 6(4) of Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (conferment of permanent status to workmen) Act 1981 directing the petitioner to confer permanent status to the 69 workmen from the date mentioned in column No.4 of Annexure 3 of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during pendency of these writ petition, the Company is under liquidation process and there is no instructions from the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. No costs.
