This Petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.16027 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16027 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
