Crl.M.P.No.15987 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15987 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22452 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.6(b) i.e., the first petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.10 Lakhs, belonging to himself or relatives or friends imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22452 of 2022 by order dated 22.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner does not have any other property except his agricultural land, which is the only source for the livelihood of his family. However, this Court may permit the first petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- cash to the credit of the Crime No.299 of 2022. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. In the light of the petitioner, being unable to deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.10 Lakhs, he is now, in alternative, ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by cash to the credit of the Crime No.299 of 2022. Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the first petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- cash to the credit of Cr.No.299 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. On such deposit, the learned Magistrate concerned is directed to redeposit the same in a fixed deposit scheme of any one of the Nationalised Banks which bears interests and the disbursal of the amount shall be decided after the disposal of the case.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
