Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records in proceedings nil, dated nil, on the file of the Fourth Respondent and quash the same and further direct the First Respondent to take up the appeal filed under Section 114 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, dated 15.06.2019, Chennai as against the impugned

order in R.P. No. 113 of 2018 dated 16.04.2019 and dispose of the same within an earnest period of time.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner has vacated the premises and handed over the vacant possession of the property to the Fourth Respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents acknowledges the same and has filed a memo to that effect. The aforesaid submissions of the Counsel for both sides are placed on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter and the Writ Petition stands disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
