The prayer in the stay petition reads as follows:- "To stay the judgment and decree passed in HMOP.No.9 of 2020 dated 15.02.2022 on the file of the Family Court at Tiruvannamalai pending disposal of above CMA."

2. Since HMOP.No.9 of 2020 has been dismissed, there is no question of any further proceedings.

Hence, the prayer for stay is misconceived. 3.

Therefore, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
