Crl.M.P.No.14719 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16408 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners that they shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders pending on the file of this Court in Crl.OP.No.16408 of 2023 dated 28.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioners are directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
