ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent in No.653/2022 dated 01.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the power of attorney deed (ie.) the deeds in P/Dharapuram/34/2022 and P/Dharapuram/35/2022 dated 30.05.2022.

2.When the case was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the present impugned order itself is recalled by the respondent officials. Hence, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He also placed Letter in Letter No.778 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022 sent 2/4

by the third respondent Sub-Registrar to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
