This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred to set aside the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.1654 of 2025 in Crime No.20 of 2015 and direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.20 of 2015 and allow the present Revision.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision Case is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
