This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.16474 of 2023 on 27.07.2023 i.e., 1st petitioner shall report before the Maduravoyal Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; Petitioners 2 to 9 shall report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the except 9th petitioner, all the other petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is not pressing this petition as far as the 9th petitioner is concerned.

4. Considering the submissions, this petition is ordered. As far as the 9th petitioner is concerned this petition is dismissed as not pressed. As far as the 1st petitioner is concerned, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. As far as the petitioners 2 to 8 are concerned, the condition imposed as against the petitioners 2 to 8 is totally relaxed.
