This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19063 of 2023, dated 18.08.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
