2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made, the delay is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition, if the same is otherwise in order.
