Heard Mr. N. Sundaramurthy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.Saravanakumar, Learned Counsel for the Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service with continuity of service, backwages and other attendant benefits in view of the order dated 04.04.2016 in A.P. No. 15 of 2014 whereby the approval for termination of the Petitioner was rejected by the Special Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Chennai. The said order, which had been challenged by the Second Respondent in W.P. No. 21389 of 2017, has been set aside by this Court and the matter has been remitted to the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

authority in a separate order dated 03.03.2022 and its outcome would govern the rights of the respective parties. As such, the relief sought by the Petitioner does not remain for consideration.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
