This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 12.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12560 of 2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is filed in S.C.No.100 of 2023 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
