This Petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in the order dated 11.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.17289 of 2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17289 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
