This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8500 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 3 occasions in a month at 6.30 p.m., and once in every 2 month at 6.30 p.m., till the charge sheet is filed and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
