This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in an order, dated 31.08.2023 in CRL.MP.No.13270 of 2023 in CRL.OP.No.8671 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., as fixed by the respondent police, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
