ORDER

Mrs.E.Ranganayaki, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed at the time of admission after recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent that the petitioner has indeed filed an appeal against the order dated 06.12.2022 for the respective Assessment Years and also predeposited the 10% of the disputed tax as required under Section 107 of the TNGST/CGST Act, 2017.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent has also stated that suitable letter has also been issued to the Bank to lift the order of attachment.
