Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.NO.942/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to exempt the petitioner to surrender on the conviction and sentence passed in Judgment in C.A.No.24 of 2014 dated 03.08.2019 on the file of the Additional District Judge(FTC) Arni, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in CC.No.678 of 2006 by dated 23.09.2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, pending disposal of the above Crl.RC.No.942/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.NO.942/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTION on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the petitioner surrendering before the Court concerned, this petition stands closed.
