O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 06.01.2021 passed by this court in W.P.No.7926 of 2014.

2. In response to the notice issued by this court, Mrs.R.L.Karthika, learned Government Advocate, placed before this court a copy of the proceedings bearing e/f/vz;/u2-18435-2021 dated 24.01.2023 on 28.11.2024. However, this court having perused the said proceedings dated 24.01.2023, prima facie, opine that the order dated 06.01.2021 was not complied with by the respondent.

3. In response to the same, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General, placed before this court, a copy of the proceedings bearing

R.C.No.R2/18435/2021, dated 27.11.2024 purported to be in compliance with the order dated 06.01.2021.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the same was not in compliance with the order dated 06.01.2021 passed by this court, this court after having gone through the said proceedings dated 27.11.2024, is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order dated 06.01.2021 passed by this court in W.P.No.7926 of 2014.

5. In view of the same, this contempt petition cannot be continued any further and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings bearing R.C.No.R2/ 18435/2021, dated 27.11.2024, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps against such proceedings in accordance with law.
