ORDER

The present petition is filed to expedite and complete the proceedings in C.C.No.366 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court I, Coimbatore. Though, the proceedings were commenced in the year 2015, it is stated that, the trial is yet to commence. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the non-bailable warrant is pending against all the two accused.

2.In the light of the stage of the proceedings, the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore, shall endeavour to complete the proceedings, if necessary to split up the cases and complete the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
