respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2025 and take immediate action to bring Hazrat Mastan Avulya Dargah waqf - Vaniyambadi, under Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board temporarily till the appointment of new managing committee/Mutavali and conclusion of all disputes. ORDER

2. If petitioner claims that it is a registered wakf, his remedy lies in approaching the Wakf Tribunal by making appropriate application.
3. With the above liberty, petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
