This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Ananda Raman, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 78 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
