This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.15757 of dated 19.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15757 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
