The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2021 and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed by this Court by awarding 0.5 marks to the petitioner's final score and further directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment for the post of Gr.II - PC, Jail Warden, Firemen in the Common Recruitment 2021. 2.Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner to consider his representation has been considered by the respondents Board and vide communication in C.No.D2/66/2022 dated 27.01.2022, informed the petitioner that he has been provisionally selected for the post of Grade II Police Constable (TSP for the year 2020.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infrutuous. No costs.
