O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 08.09.2016 directed the 1st respondent to refund the amount of Rs.6,98,250/- to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the order dated 08.09.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with, and no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Hence, this contempt petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P. 3298 of 2014 has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
