ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.05.2019 passed by the second respondent, thereby directed to produce documents for legal occupation.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that admittedly, the petitioner was running a Saw Mill in the rented premises. However, the petitioner failed to prove his legal occupation by production of valid lease agreement. Therefore, the petitioner was directed to produce legal documents to prove his legal occupation for issuance of license. However, now the petitioner had vacated the said premises and he is running business in other place. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application seeking license in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions

are closed. No costs.
