2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents 1 and 2 are interfering with their enjoyment of the property and are preventing them from putting up a compound wall in their property. Though it is claimed that the action of the Police is motivated because of the complaint of one Mr.Shankar, a retired Deputy Superintendent of Police, however, the said Shankar has not been made a party to the said Writ Petition.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating that the parties have been referred to the Civil Court and CSR has been closed on 10.11.2016.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as no further orders are necessary. No costs.
