This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to dispose the C.C.No.363 of 2015 pending trial as expeditiously as possible.

2. Taking into account of the fact that the trial has already commenced and 3 witnesses out of 8 has already been examined and also indicating the fact that the charge was issued in the year 2015 and therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur shall make an endeavor to complete the trial in C.C.No.363 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
