PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the third respondent to produce the petitioner's sister son Murugesan, S/o.Elumalai, aged about 35 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) When the petitioner's sister son namely Murugesan, S/o.Elumalai, aged about 35 years, aged about 35 years, went missing from 15.07.2023, she lodged a complaint on 18.07.2025 to the third respondent. Since no action has been taken till date, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, the third respondent police have secured the detenue and produced him before us. When we interacted with him, he expressed his consent to live with his brother / fourth respondent herein.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further

orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
