W.M.P.No.28593 of 2022 in W.P.No.19775 of 2000 P.N.PRAKASH, J and RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN , J It is seen that the writ petitioner died on 03.05.2016 and this petition has been filed by his legal representatives for substitution.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also filed a copy of the death certificate of the writ petitioner, R.G.Bhandari @ Rikabchand.

3. In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in all the concerned records.
