SHOBAN RAJ [ PETITIONER ] Vs S.SWAMINATHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time to comply with the condition to Deposit Rs.4,75,000/- in the Trial Court in Crl.MP.12102/2021 in Crl.RC.847/2013 dated 01.12.2021 for a further period of one week and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.K.M.APPJI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order copy was misplaced by the petitioner and thereby he was unable to deposit the amount within two weeks as directed by this Court as per condition 5(a) and immediately within two days he has filed petition seeking for extension of time and he would submit that the petitioner is ready to comply with the order by depositing an amount of Rs.4,75,000/- as per order of this Court dated 01.12.2021 made in Crl.MP.No.12102 of 2021.
Time is extended by further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
