Draft issues has been filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Based on the pleadings of the respective parties, the following issues are framed by this Court.

"1.Whether the plaintiff is entitled for the suit claim?

2. Whether the Bills of Exchange KAMS 4128M and KAMS 4124O dated 18th March 2019 drawn on the defendant respectively for a sum of US$96455 and US$ 78993.60 at Singapore are true and correct?

3.Whether the defendant had accepted the aforesaid Bills of Exchange by subscribing its signature?

4.Whether the alleged breach of contract by KAMS Singapore Pte. Limited can discharge the defendant from its obligations under the Negotiable Instruments Act?

5. Whether the quantity and quality supplied by KAMS Singapore Pte. Limited to the defendant is in accordance with the orders placed by the defendant?

6.Whether the plaintiff is entitled for the interest and costs as claimed in the plaint?

7.To what other reliefs?"

Post the matter for Case Management Hearing on 29.11.2023 and on that date, both the counsel are directed to file a joint draft Case Management Schedule.
