Heard Mr.S.Sugendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2019 vide CSR.No.1113 of 2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.546 of 2019 on 02.10.2019 under Sections 294(b) IPC.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
