2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above miscellaneous petitions and there is no delay in filing the above petitions.

3.Hence, CMP.Nos.20701 & 20702/2017 in AS.No.503/2011 are ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and post the appeal suit after three weeks for final hearing.
