The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the first respondent dated 23.02.2017 refusing to mutate the revenue records and consequently, direct the first respondent to restore the patta in the name of the first petitioner.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that for the very same dispute, Second Appeal in S.A.No.1158 of 2014 is pending before this Court and this Court has referred the matter before the Mediation for amicable settlement between the parties.
3. In view of the above, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the revenue officials for mutation of revenue records after disposal of the second appeal before this Court.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03.11.2022 rli Index : Yes / No 2/4
