PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to expedite and dispose the Appeal Petition dated 07.05.2025 within the time limit stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 07.05.2025 as against the order of refusal for transfer of patta in respect of the property comprised in TD.No.339/1863(Kasa No.136/2A, 231/1) measuring an extent of 9 Acres 0.70 Cents situated at Nayakkanpalayam
Village, Coimbatore District.
4. At the outset, it is submitted by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for Respondents 1 to 3 that they would dispose of the Petitioner's appeal dated 07.05.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
