This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District to conduct speedy trial in C.C.No.236 of 2021 and complete the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.236 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
