ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to complete the enquiry and registered an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired in CSR No.446 of 2022 and it was closed on 8.4.2022.

3.In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Judicial Magistrate u/s.156 (3) Cr.PC and workout his remedy.
