ORDER

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted, as the same has to be worked out before appropriate Civil Court. It is represented by the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner that the civil suit is already pending in O.S.No.2 of 2004 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Ulundurpet, against the respondents. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the said Court. The disposal of this Writ Petition will not affect the contentions of either parties in the said civil suit. With these observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. W.P.M.P. is closed.
